The Warehouse Administrator Coordinator supports daily warehouse operations by performing a combination of administrative, inventory, and warehouse functions. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, processing shipping and receiving documentation, entering data into company systems, and assisting with the physical movement of materials. The ideal candidate is organized and detail orientated.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing of shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions using our ERP system.
- Preparing shipping documents, packing slips, and related paperwork. Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies. Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to support daily operations.
- Receive, Pick, Pack and ship products accurately.
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs easily.
Qualifications include:
- Strong computer and data entry skills.
- Experience with software, excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills are a must.
- The ability to work independently and as a part of team.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
